Life RX FITNESS Fall 2022
Head Coach: Rosanne Ornopia
#269-815-0115
Email: liferxfit@gmail.com Website: www.Liferx.fit Facebook.com/Liferxfitness
Location: 100 N. Mechanic St. Berrien Springs, MI 49103
Masks: Optional
Teen Strength/Conditioning Fitness
Class begins September 1st - Assessment for new students or September 6th-8th for returning students.
ages 13+
Tuesday-Thursday at 4-5pm
Must go at least 18 hours per semester.
COURSE DESCRIPTION (OVERVIEW):
The objective of Teen Strength/Conditioning is to introduce all attendees to General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
training which helps each student improve strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, structure and some skills. This class
does not cover any Specific Physical Preparation (SPP), but will lay the groundwork for it.
*Additional registration (for students NEW at LifeRX) at location is required. Registration must be completed in-house. Contact Life Rx to schedule appointment or schedule an appointment through our website by clicking "Free Consultation".
***The student and a parent must also come in to register with Life Rx Fitness. Students who do not register with the Partnership AND personally register at Life Rx Fitness will not be considered as enrolled in the program.
Must begin in the month of January and continue at least minimum attendance and progress through February and beyond. Do not sign up for this class if you know you will be absent for a week or more in January and February.
At Life RX we are more than just a gym, we are a community. Here your coaches know your name and your workout buddies in class become your friends. We enjoy working out together, supporting each other, doing social events together, and joining together to support our local community. At our gym you will always have someone to help keep you accountable to your fitness goals.
Schedule is subject to change.
*Please note: it is important to make as informed a decision as possible when choosing your student's Community Resource classes. Most locations will allow a student to drop a class after one meeting, at no charge if it wasn't a good fit for the student, but not all. Some classes plan ahead based on the number that have signed up and have purchased materials, hired teachers, etc. and there might be a fee for class time or materials given to the student if the student drops after one or two meetings. The school cannot pay for classes that students do not complete, so choose wisely; if you do not take the class off of your student's schedule by the deadline, you may be asked to pay for the class time incurred prior to dropping the class.
