CrossFit Kids Varsity Program
Ages: 13-18 (must be 13 by Aug 29, 2022)
Mondays, Wednesdays AND Fridays, 4:15-5:15pm (attendance at two classes each week is required)
Classes begin August 31 (The weeks of Nov. 21-27 and Dec. 26-31 are optional, classes will still be offered, but attendance is not mandatory).
*All classes will run till January 20, 2023.
The Varsity program is for the student looking to improve their sports performance or create a positive relationship with fitness and health. Students become fast, explosive, powerful, strong and agile through a supportive and challenging environment. This program yields confidence and toughness that translates into the field, classroom and life. By scaling speed, volume, load and intensity, we make each session appropriate for the beginner through the elite high school athlete.
Syllabus
*Please note: it is important to make as informed a decision as possible when choosing your student's Community Resource classes. Most locations will allow a student to drop a class after one meeting, at no charge if it wasn't a good fit for the student, but not all. Some classes plan ahead based on the number that have signed up and have purchased materials, hired teachers, etc. and there might be a fee for class time or materials given to the student if the student drops after one or two meetings. The school cannot pay for classes that students do not complete, so choose wisely; if you do not take the class off of your student's schedule by the deadline, you may be asked to pay for the class time incurred prior to dropping the class.
