Ages 5- 17 Level 1-6 Age 6 + Preschool Age 5
Start Date: Aug. 29
Register with our program, and then the pool. Additional registration at location is required. The code is 0651BP

Visit the website and click on Swim Programs, then Learn to Swim, then Register
Students must be registered for Session I and will automatically be registered and must take Session II as well. You will need to re-register with the partnership for spring semester if you want to start again for January lessons.
Learn2Swim lessons are held Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 4:30-6:30.
Students choose one day option when registering. Space is limited and first come first serve. Registering with the partnership does NOT complete the process for this class. **Levels may not be available on every day option. No private lessons offered to partnership students without medical diagnosis and doctor's note.***
Preschool Levels 1-2: Build comfort in the water and introduce basic swimming movements and skills.
Preschool 3:Increase proficiency and build on the basic aquatic skills learned in Preschool Aquatics Levels 1 and 2
Level 1: Introduction to water skills. Orient participants to the aquatic environment and help them gain basic aquatic skills. Help participants begin to develop positive attitudes and safe practices around water
Level 2: Fundamental Aquatic Skills. Build on the basic aquatic skills and water safety skills and concepts learned in Level 1. Work towards independent swimming to pass level 2.
Level 3: Stroke Development. Build on the skills learned in Level 1 & 2 to help participants achieve basic water competency in a pool environment
Level 4: Stroke Improvement. Improve participants’ proficiency in performing the swimming strokes that were introduced in Level 3
Level 5: Stroke Refinement. Help participants refine their performance of all six swimming strokes.
Level 6: Refine strokes so participants swim them with greater efficiency and effectiveness over longer distances. Teach participants fundamental springboard diving skills.
